  Income Tax Return Preparation for individuals, S and C corporations, partnerships, LLC/LLP's and sole proprietorships. With proper planning and the most favorable interpretation of the income tax laws, we help you pay the lowest possible tax.

  Estate, Gift and Generation-Skipping Tax   Returns  Taxes are imposed on the value of  property transferred by gift or upon death at rates as high as 49%.  Estate and gift tax reduction planning is a must for families with estates exceeding $1,000,000.

  Payroll Tax Returns  All employers are required to withhold payroll taxes (Social Security and Medicare taxes)  and income taxes from wages paid to their employees. Monthly, quarterly and annual payroll tax returns must be prepared and filed to properly account for these taxes.  Payroll taxes for companies (and self-employment taxes for individuals) are assessed at a rate of 15.3%.  With proper planning, these taxes can be minimized or in some cases eliminated.

  Informational Returns are used to report specific payments or transactions to the IRS on Forms 1098 and 1099. Failure to report these payments properly can mean substantial monetary penalties and added IRS scrutiny.

  Returns for Charities and other Exempt   Organizations Not for profit entities are required to file tax returns and pay income taxes on business income unrelated to the non-profit purpose.
